- Install Windows App from Google Play.
- Open Windows App once and complete its first-run screens.
- Return to this page and select LOG IN NOW.
- A small file named DealerDevice-Android.rdp will download. Open it with Windows App.
- Enter your DealerDevice username and password.

ABOUT YOUR PASSWORD
On a dealer-owned or shared phone, consider not saving the DealerDevice password inside Windows App. If the phone is lost while unlocked, a saved connection could make access easier.
If your Samsung phone offers Samsung Pass or another protected password manager on the DealerDevice sign-in screen, you can use it to help enter the username and password while keeping them behind the phone's security.
If this is a personal, well-secured phone and you prefer convenience, you can instead open Windows App directly, use the saved DealerDevice connection, and save the credentials there if you choose.
When using the website LOG IN button, Android downloads the same connection file each time. If it says the file already exists, choose Download Again and open it with Windows App.
